DIVE EVENT & Safety Protocols to be followed (where applicable):

LIMITED numbers of participants via PRE-REGISTRATION Required for Divers and/or Family or Shore Support Volunteers

WAIVERS/RISK AWARENESS FORMS must be read & voluntarily signed prior to participation (everyone, no exceptions)

MUST BE PRESENT at Dive Safety Briefing prior to participating in event dive(s)

MUST follow standard dive safety guidelines & all directions of event organizers

MUST have COLD-WATER dive experience prior to registering (please let organizers know first)

COVID/PUBLIC HEALTH: Minimize interaction and maintain physical distance of at least 2 meters (6 ft)

COVID/PUBLIC HEALTH: IF COVID signs/symptoms present or suspected - do not participate, protect yourself and others

Divers, Remember to Bring:

All your dive gear and tanks - BCD, regulators, drysuit/wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, boots, weights, dive computer, hood, gloves

Other dive gear that you will find useful to bring: cutting device, writing slate, compass, dive light, small tarp to change on

Your certification card and logbook

Warm clothing, even if the sun is shining, be prepared for typical Alberta weather which could include rain, snow, and everything in between
-
Most events include food and water, but if you have allergies or dietary requirements, bring your own lunch or snack

Lawn chair, bug spray, sunscreen

Small amount of cash for registration fees, raffle draws, airfills (if available)
